Mission Statement 

To support the Insight & Digital Managers in the function mission of adding value to our Brands and improve profitability of our business by timely provision of market information, consumer, shopper insights, digital and trends analysis.

 

Main Responsibilities 

Business Intelligence

  • On-going monitoring of business intelligence incl UK economic & social context, competition and consumer trends to support the preparation of regular newsletters, reports and analyses
  • Collate information from external agencies eg TGI data and advertising spend

 Market data Analyses

  • Support in preparation of market / brand / customer analysis
  • Become user of Nielsen Answers software to help extract data & prepare Off Trade analyses and regular monthly reports
  • Assist Insight Manager in preparation of brand scorecards, category forecast, market & consumer insights
    for brand plan

 Consumer & Shopper Research

  • Support in set up of consumer & shopper research projects incl brand tracker

 Digital

  • Support teams to implement digital marketing strategies
  • Analyse reports to create insights that will help drive digital marketing content strategies
  • Update on digital trends and new technologies
  • Deliver social media competitor analysis

 


Profile

Education :                  Degree level education or current student

Languages :                 English

 

Professional experience & know how :

  • Good understanding of social media channels
  • Interest/Understanding of Nielsen
  • PC literate
  • Interest in wines & spirits industry beneficial
