Within the Nordic Marketing Organization and reporting to the E-Business & CRM Manager, you will be part of our team collaborating closely with the Digital Project Executive, Product Management, Trade Marketing and the Dior Digital team at HQ. This internship will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
YOUR MISSION ____________
Your main responsibilities will be:
> Be the go-to person for Dior customer insights, using Google Analytics to gather data and build relevant analyses for the monthly CRM report
> Be responsible for the Dior Nordics newsletter strategy and coordinate the development of the send-outs with our CRM agency
> Coordinate exclusive events, gifts and other loyalty program incentives for our Dior premium clients in the Nordics
> Be responsible for analyzing the e-commerce competitor landscape, closely monitoring competitors' digital campaigns and new innovations
> Participate in the creation of the monthly digital report shared with the local management team and HQ, providing analyses of digital campaigns and sales performance
> Assist in the opening of DTR (Dior boutique in Oslo), incl. the optimization of Dior in GoogleMyBusiness
> Work closely with the Digital Project Executive to monitor the on-time publishing of new products
> Monitor online reviews and product page enrichment (focusing on novelties)
> Assist on ad hoc digital projects, e.g. the roll-out of e-services
WHO YOU ARE _________
> Bachelor or Master Student with a major in Business and/or Digital
> Fluent in English (fluency in a Scandinavian language is a plus)
> Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
> Structured and Organized with strong analytical skills
> Proactive and flexible with excellent communication skills
ADITIONAL INFORMATION ___________
> Length of the internship: 6 months, full time - flexible working hours to accommodate school projects/exams.
> Internship agreement required - internship must be part of educational program and must be credited.
