  • Мaximize Digital opportunities and reach in close cooperation with Brand and Communication teams:
    • Running Brands' local websites and social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram etc)
    • Support trade programs and Brands activations (events, on- & off-trade) in Digital
    • Run local digital projects and platforms
    • Manage the digital agency
  • Work closely with Brand managers (BM) and Maisons to build digital communication strategies
  • Purchase Media placements in Digital
  • Lead digital projects approved by brand teams:
  • Work in chain with BM to budget yearly needs in terms of Digital, blogger tours, POSM, etc.
  • Contribute to Monthly reports with key digital results of MH and competition (possibly every 2 months internal newsletter for marketing team or MHDR employees)
  • Good team work on the daily basis to contribute to a 360 degree approach in all we do; generate ideas & out of box thinking
  • Keep up-to-date with user understanding, expertise in Web content, usability, architecture, development and design. Gain best practices through MH Europe & Maisons strategies
  • Report to Maisons with Russian best practices in Digital


  • 3-4 years of work experience on digital projects,
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalistic and/or a related discipline
  • Experience and an excellent eye for detail in digital media.
  • Excellent understanding of paid/earned/shared/owned media landscape and in-deep knowledge of marketing and advertising trends and opportunities in Digital
  • Excellent know-how of brand marketing, digital campaigns on different platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
  • Experience in campaign reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors
  • Language: native Russian (high level of literacy), fluent English
