Position

MISSION STATEMENT - Build and maximize brand presence of Fendi on digital field to drive traffic to Fendi.com as well as Fendi retail stores - Accelerate Fendi's innovation through various digital activities on social / and local contents - Strategize digital campaign for paid media that include both performance campaign and branding campaign (except Paid Search) to achieve business goal. - Lead and drive social strategy for Japan, particularly focus on LINE platform to reinforce branding - Be a digital marketing advocator as a part of 360 approach for Fendi Japan.

Profile

>  Working experience at least 5 years in digital market in retail industry >  Experience in working in the luxury brand is a plus (enough to understand brand esthetics to reflect the contents development), but not mandatory >  Experience and knowledge on Google Doubleclick and programmatic campaigns is plus >  Fluent in English and Japanese (English proficiency is must) >  Digital savvy, very good knowledge on social media trend (actively engaging social media on our own) >  Team players, >  Flexible / being able to work under ambiguity >  Proactive Goal Oriented

Digital Marketing >  Plan and maintain digital marketing calendar aligning with the marketing and communication calendar (both awareness and prospecting, excluding SEM) >  Develop campaign brief of seasonal campaign to agency aiming to maximize and improve ROI over campaigns >  Monitor and report the performance of each campaign >  Manage creative assets for digital ad by liaising with HQ digital team >  Manage digital ad agency to ensure maximizing ROI >  Budget management for the campaign Social media planning >  Plan and drive local social content development opportunity for branding as well as conversion maximization. >  Drive LINE Mini program opportunity >  Plan and maintain social media calendar for LINE, FB, and TW by aligning with HQ social calendar >  Collect and manage social media creative assets by coordinating with HQ digital team >  Monitor and report social post performance and identify the opportunity to maximize social media impact Digital Innovation and content management >  Always look for the local content opportunity that advance Fendi's digital innovation >  Build relationship with key digital media platform to be updated with the new technology and trend.
