Position

We are currently seeking a new Digital Marketing Manager. Location flexible between Miami and New York, Manhattan. Mission: The Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of implementing the digital strategy of the brand in all aspects of Hublot of America business (advertising, e-commerce, social media) to increase brand visibility and grow e-commerce business, as well as the advertising strategy of the brand on the North America market. This position reports to the Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop all advertising strategy and campaigns across all communication channels (print digital, mobile, social), tailored to the North American Market to support business strategy, product launches and local initiatives, in collaboration with Marketing Director - Manage all the social media channels and activities for Hublot North America Instagram account: planning, posting, followers, answering enquiries... - Manage media plan/external resources to plan and buy all corporate advertising. Track associated budgets, controls and directs utilization of all merchandising credits. Continually monitor ROI - Set and deliver on tangible KPI's from social (i.e. Referrals, ROI, follower growth, engagement, lead generation) - Ensure that all local Hublot boutique Instagram accounts follow the brand guidelines and be a support for boutiques on their account management - Track and monitor the effectiveness and success of online initiatives using relevant monitoring tools; generate analytics reports and update social strategy and content based on analytics - Manage the Digital boutique, establish communication and action to ensure successful deployment of the digital tool - Work with Trade Marketing Manager and co-ops in implementation of advertising and digital campaign for co-ops and their local markets - Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media / marketing / e-commerce technologies - Manage any digital projects to be implemented in North America in collaboration with HQ - Manages all related budgets and reporting

Profile

Profile: - Bachelor degree required. Specialized in Marketing, communications, digital or related field preferred - 5+ years of direct digital marketing coordination and strategy or related experience - Strong organization/multi-tasking and time management skills designed to keep pace in a fast production setting - Previous luxury goods experience preferred - Hands-on social media and digital marketing experience; Well versed in social media management software, email marketing software and other tools to assess web performance, campaign performance - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work congenially with other departments within the company - High professional-level mindset with excellent verbal/written presentation skills - Advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook is needed
