Position

An exciting opportunity to join our team and drive media advertising initiatives for the LVMH Group.

Specifically, you will also be responsible for supporting the brands within LVMH Group on digital media advertising strategy and execution with our agency partner, and build strong partnerships with key digital media providers. You will also manage extensive reporting needs with the agency partner including budgets, deal statuses, competitive surveys and financial reports.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide the LVMH Maisons and agency to deploy best-in-class digital media and advertising strategy/implementation across APAC
  • Lead (or assist) in training & up-skilling of LVMH Maisons regarding digital media and advertising, together with Media partners and agency.
  • Oversee and benchmark digital performance, and deployment of measurement frameworks for LVMH Maisons.
  • Lead and/(or) coordinate different digital projects. (Programmatic, Ad Verification, Ad serving etc...)
  • Support the digital negotiation process - including reviewing agency reports / documents, managing timeline of internal / external deliverables related to the Group negotiations. Challenge the agency to acquire the best deal with media partners.
  • Monitor the new digital trends, propose the key trends to be shared with Maisons and Media team.
  • Manage extensive reporting needs with agency partner and LVMH HQ. Includes budgets, deal statuses, competitive surveys, financial reports for both online and offline.

Profile

  • Digital savvy with 8+ years' experience in digital.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships in a diverse culture and geography (Asia).
  • Experience with global luxury sectors and a strong understanding of the luxury business culture.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Fluent and Professional English speaking and writing skills a must, and Cantonese preferred.
