Position

Your role in a nutshell:

  • Take on media & digital leadership within the AGS (Austria / Germany / Switzerland) region, create compelling wholistic media strategies and plans for all MH brands with leading brand managers & Maisons
  • Develop the digital strategy and drive the digital agenda for the brand portfolios within the three different markets to achieve the brands' image, communication and commercial objectives
  • Put AGS at the forefront of digital expertise, execution and constantly push the boundaries exploring new ideas, partners, executions with a strong test and learn mind-set
  • Further push consumer centricity within the company. Increase brands' visibility, desirability to drive business in long-term with digital campaigns and social media efforts, as well as e-CRM. Help ensure best-of-class local activations with highest degree of relevance in the local markets
  • Focus strongly on monitoring of KPIs and constant adaption of learnings and executions
  • Help raise the digital mind-set and awareness in the market through education and training, keeping the organization up-to-date with what is going on in the media & digital field

 

Media campaign steering

  • Lead Media strategy, Planning and media consultancy - key contact for MH Media, media agency and brand teams across AGS
  • Concept and execute AGS wholistic cross-channel media campaigns in collaboration with local brand teams and Maisons, owning budget and executional responsibility for the campaigns with the obligation of constant optimization to ensure best return-on-investment
  • Analyze and distribute media campaign results & reporting within the Marketing team
  • Closely collaborate with PR/Communication team AGS to ensure effect of synergies and wholistic planning

 

Digital communication strategy

  • Define, develop and implement digital brand & portfolio strategies across AGS in close collaboration with local brand management, Clos 19 team as well as the Maison's digital teams
  • Ensure that the AGS digital strategy is integrated with Brand DNAs, global brand- and digital strategies, as well as in-line with local Marketing-, PR-, and Commercial plans
  • Develop a monitoring plan, define clear objectives and KPIs, run monthly reporting, turning key conclusions into business recommendations
  • Recommend budget-, resources- and timing-plans for the different markets, working with local brand teams
  • Own and lead e-reputation and crisis management process with agency support & in coordination with MH & Maison
  • Represent the AGS Region at international Digital Meetings. Act as point of contact for Maisons' Digital Teams Marketing GDPR contact - Close collaboration with Digital Manager AGS
  • Drive clear Search strategy and guidance in collaboration with MH media, MH e-retail team and Maison - Stay close to latest development and adjust recommendation as required

 

eCRM

  • Implement eCRM strategies in line with MH Europe, Maison brand strategy and in accordance with local Brand Management and e-commerce team
  • Manage eCRM databases, e-CRM annual campaigns and create activations and communication measures with customers and consumers (e.g. through E-Mail campaigns, newsletter marketing etc..) - close collaboration with global e-CRM team

Profil

  • Master Degree in Business 
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • Experience / Understanding of online consumer behaviour and content consumption habits
  • 6-8 years of digital & media experience in an agency or a B2C brand company with a digital focus
  • Strong communication planning experience, as well as agency management
  • Strategic thinking and planning, ability to transfer strategy down to execution
  • E-Commerce Acumen / Understanding of e-retailer activities
  • Ideally experience within the three different markets (Germany / Austria / Switzerland)
  • CRM expertise
  • Good understanding how build and position luxury brands -  understanding of MH brands
  • Business thinking
