Position

>  Create and develop the digital marketing strategies on acquisition, engagement and conversion to achieve business goals
>  Guide and manage media agency to optimize all digital marketing campaigns
>  Work closely with media, CRM, PR, marketing teams to create and optimize engagement strategy for online customers
>  Identifying key areas of enhancement or development, across own, earn and paid channels


Profile

>  Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese
>  Self-motivated, detail-and customer-oriented
>  Strong business acumen and exhibits strong balance of creativity and analytical skills
>  Dynamic team player, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
>  Solid understanding of the chinese consumer behavior and digital landscape
>  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
>  At least 8 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Social Media Content Management
>  Experience in digital marketing agency, or track record in retail / cosmetic industry
>  Luxury experience is an advantage
