The position is based in our HQ in Rome and part of the Digital E-commerce team. The Digital Media Performance Specialist will be responsible for delivering the digital objectives and for the successful management of digital performance strategy and goal assigned. The Digital Media Performance Specialist will plan, execute and optimize all the performance campaigns. It will also make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies and platform to improve the performances.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage performance campaigns (paid search, programmatic etc) to boost visibility that drive revenue and maximize growth
  • Use analytical and modelling skills to understand channel economics and optimise campaign performance
  • Create monthly strategy presentations by channel and country
  • Generate reports and dashboards on campaign results
  • Cooperate with the E-commerce team to measure, adapt, optimize and improve results
  • Collaborate with the team to come up with and apply innovative data driven strategy across all the channels
  • Align the performance media calendar to the wider regional marketing calendar, connect performance layer to all paid and owned media activities for consistent consumers journey
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the local Digital Manager (America, APAC, Japan and China) for the performance digital campaigns
  • Continually develop best practices and ways to test new initiatives based on internal metrics and digital/social media reporting.


  • 4/5 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role, preferably within an international E- commerce context
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools as well as with SEM, Programmatic and Retargeting platforms
  • Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail
  • Team player
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a must
