Louis Vuitton is searching for a Digital Operation Manager based in our New Jersey Distribution Center who will be responsible for leading cross functional efforts on core process performance for the Digital Operations team. This will be accomplished through setting priorities for the improvement aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.

The Distribution Operations Manager will also be responsible for harmonizing performance KPI's definition and reporting across the regions and business units, monitoring and publishing operations KPI's including performance costs and efficiency analysis. You will propose and lead corrective action plans in case of underperformance, managing operational audit and driving improvement plans. Working collaboratively, you will articulate the Supply Chain Core Model and implement processes continuous improvement by creating methods to 3PL teams. As an experienced digital professional, you will ensure core model application and improvement through knowledge management and share of best practices across operations teams to maximize staff commitment, performance and development. In addition, you will manage relationships with call centers and implement proper tools and processes, as well as defining business continuity plans.


We are eager to speak to professionals with a minimum of three years' experience in Engineering or Supply Chain with a Bachelor's degree who have a proven track record of managing process and performance analytics. You will be highly driven, organized, analytical, and possess both exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
