Position

Work with Travel Retail Worldwide Digital and Regional Travel Retail Business to develop and drive growth within e-Travel Retail EUROPE (e-retail, e-trade and social media)

- Drive online business through travel retailers' websites while upholding brand image
- Identify new potential e-travel retail partners through quantitative and qualitative evaluations
- Support product assortment definition and sharing of digital assets and product descriptions
- Monitoring of brands' presence on travel retailers' websites
- Liaise directly with travel retailers' digital and/or marketing teams
- Plan and maintain detailed e-trade activities calendar in collaboration with marketing, trade and Area Managers
- Oversee all digital content shared in travel retail digital context for travel retail Europe
- Identify KOLs that can be a part of the Dior e-TR experience for events, launches and partnerships 

- Coordinate the timely production of content with agencies in formats needed by retailers
- Leverage retailers' social media platforms to accurately reach travelers with engaging content
- Use data, business intelligence reporting and consumer profiling to better understand the connected travel retail client and go beyond their digital needs and expectations
- Leverage the ever-changing consumer digital touchpoints before, during and after travel to increase brand visibility, drive to store and online sales
- Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail Europe: including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
- Find the best business solutions for executing innovative digital marketing projects, such as OTAs, location intelligence agencies and more
- Enhance the Dior travel retail experience through continuously improving the omnichannel experience with digital tools, both offline to online and online to offline
- Host digital Travel Retail events and presentations to increase awareness of trends and digital advancements internally


Profile

Master's degree with ideally 2 years of proven experience in the listed areas:
>  E-business: e-retail preferred, e-commerce and social commerce a bonus
>  Social media: deep understanding of best practices across platforms: WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook and more
>  Programmatic, SEM and online media buying
>  Affiliate marketing
>  KOL / Influencer marketing
>  CRM database management: segmentation & targeting
>  Luxury / beauty retail industry
