Louis Vuitton is seeking a Director of Client Relations to lead the overall Client Relations strategy for the U.S. Main responsibilities will include acting as a key liaison between the Central Paris team, Merchandising, Regions/Countries and other corporate partners. In addition, the Client Relations Director will deliver well executed client actions, both in-store and outside, with significant ROI.
As an experienced leader, you will develop the Client Relations calendar with the Merchandising team and the Regions/Countries to reflect their product, client and business objectives, as well as manage the LVA Client Relations budget and maintain an updated budget log. You will create timely recaps with event results and partner with the VP of Client Relations to create new concepts and to adjust existing concepts to support market and store specificities, including the logistics, VM and models for trunk shows, etc. With a strong drive for results, you will be the expert in Client Relations, ensuring actions are executed with the highest quality control and brand standards, whilst identifying cost savings, process alignment, and seamless vendor management for LVA resources (client gifts, invitations, LVMH partners, etc.). Additionally, you will support local partnership negotiations and provide on-site support for events during peak times; and communicate Corporate level incentives and LVA-wide initiatives for LDS.
We are eager to speak to professionals with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten years of retail or event planning experience who has the proven ability to use business acumen to drive results. You will have an excellent customer focus and organizational skills, a strong ability to make decisions and be detail and service oriented. In addition, you will have experience with working in a fast paced environment, have proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office and be agile to the ever changing business. This role requires flexibility to work overtime and travel up to 50% when needed and availability for some weekend work. Foreign language is a plus (French, Spanish, Portuguese).
