Reporting to the Vice President of Client Service Center (CSC), the position of Director, Commercial Operations is accountable for driving and leading all commercial and operational aspects of the service center in order to achieve maximum optimization of all resources while also ensuring the Client experience is central in all decisions.



Working in partnership with the CSC Client Experience Director, this role will focus on work force management & optimization, fraud management, order management, forecasting and projections and budgeting. Working in collaboration with the on-site management team, this role will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial and KPI targets while ensuring all client interactions are handled in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
