As a Planner for Leathergoods & Accessories you will have the responsibility to:

  • Effectively manage demand and supply plans for the assigned product categories through a monthly Sales & Operational Planning process
  • Maximize the productivity of inventory in a luxury supply chain
  • Maximize the coverage of assortment and the coverage of target stock defined at each level of the distribution network, with the pursuit of getting the right products to the right place at just the right time

Main Accountabilities

  • Set the correct target of inventory at SKU and store level (target stock level) on the base of coverage, sales trend and stores capacity
  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
  • Execute allocation and replenishment from distribution centers to Stores, on the base of target stock level, sales, distribution plan, rationing criteria in order to maximize service level in Region and to support sales objectives
  • Monitor and control the stores sales and stock levels in the Region
  • Monitor and follow the Launch Plan per season and Collection
  • Work with the Warehouse Department to optimize the lead time of shipments, the pick and pack process, the scheduling of the product delivery in Store
  • Work in strictly collaboration with the buyers and merchandiser and retail to understand and support priorities and market requests
  • Daily allocation review
  • Manage the stock store balance according to analysis of: stock level, transport costs and sales trend, so to ensure the correct balance of inventory among stores
  • Assisting Store managers and department managers of all Stores' Network in locating product and answering product questions


  • Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus)
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Advance Excel and Power Point skills (Access and BI tools is a plus)
  • Analysis and synthesis ability
  • Passion and sensibility for the Luxury sector
  • Team working attitude and flexibility
  • Problem Solving, precision, attention to the details
