Position

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Division Program Manager - OR/MT/ID/WY/UT is responsible for driving trade-related program execution within the OR,MT,ID,WY, & UT markets for the company's full portfolio of brands. This role works in partnership with distributor Trade Marketing and local Sales teams to create regional and account plans, calendars, and promotion budgets, and manages the deployment of POSM and VAP throughout the markets for the all brands.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Maintain awareness and understanding of each brand's annual and seasonal programming plans to drive high-impact execution of all trade-related programs across all channels within a specific market

  • Ensure that programs are implemented on time and in alignment with national program guidelines, optimizing customer engagement and driving awareness for all brands within the MHUSA portfolio

  • Partner with distributor Trade Marketing, region Sales teams and local accounts to create trade-oriented programming plans that address strategic opportunities and competitive threats within the market, ensuring alignment with national brand plans and programs

  • Manage trade-related assets and program support materials for all brands within a specific market. Lead the planning and ordering of all POSM and VAP elements as well as any custom materials, and ensure proper deployment and usage

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Trade Marketing, region Sales, distributors, external agency, and local accounts to ensure alignment of programming plans and execution within the market for all brands

  • Present annual and seasonal programs to distributors and local accounts

  • Develop local sales promotion budgets, ensuring proper allocation of A&P and optimized use of resources

  • Track and manage adherence to financial plans

  • Prepare and present quarterly activation decks and other market and program-related reports to communicate competitive intelligence, ROI, target accounts, etc. to a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct onboarding and brand / product training for Specialists and Samplers, as necessary

  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions or duties as assigned

 


Profile

QUALIFICATIONS: 

7+ years of professional experience combining sales, marketing and/or brand management. Strong commercial and analytical skills required. Highly refined organizational skills and experience managing a substantial number of projects and details, simultaneously, are a must. Luxury brand experience with wines and spirits industry knowledge preferred.
