Position

The E-business Manager will be responsible 

  • Define roadmap and strategy for GIVENCHY and KENZO to ensure healthy growth of the online channel
  • Set clear and differentiated KPIs and e-trade plan for each e-partner (Sephora, Faces, Ounass, Nykaa...)
  • Ensure growth is on track vs. objectives, monitoring and reporting monthly e-retail sales by e-partner
  • Identify key business drivers and key commercial periods and ensure they are leveraged
  • Manage yearly Digital budget working hand in hand with PUBLICIS and decide on split between digital campaigns (mainly social and driving traffic to eCom) and eCom campaigns (own site vs each retailer.com)
  • Manage, activate and grow GIVENCHY's local eCommerce site in UAE taking full responsibility from A to Z; potentially develop similar sites for other markets and/or KENZO
  • Manage, activate and grow TR e-visibility and develop "Click and Collect" business model for both GIVENCHY and KENZO with special focus in DDF and QDF
  • Manages and develops existing key accounts owning online business & has full ownership of e-tailing/ pure-player accounts
  • Plays an active role in defining commercial contracts, trade terms and joint business plans on the e-retail aspects; brings e-retail expertise to key meetings with customers
  • Builds annual retailer budgets and is in charge of forecasting/requesting exclusive offers validating with HQ

Analyses activity performances and makes recommendations for future activities or adaptations

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY:

  • Identifies and evaluates e-retail opportunities: new business potential and recruitment of new consumers in the region
  • Develops e-retail strategy while considering other sales channels (omni-channel approach), in line with the marketing strategy
  • Defines and follows e-retail KPIs/target to ensures targets are met on monthly basis
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and grow e-retail business
  • Negotiate with the different eretailers visibility, promotion ............
  • Fully responsible of his Etrade budget ( from top line to bottom line)

 

DIGITAL SHELF MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for integration of e-retail assets (Copy, Pack Shots etc) into retailers.com, reviews and optimizes product range, ensures quality and quantity of online assortment and online shelf/visual merchandizing
  • Facilitates timely product launches on retailers.com and conducts regular e-market visits to ensure no OOS situations, issues with images/prices... and monitors competition best-practices
  • Liaises with Marketing Managers to ensure digital implementations and media plans are aligned with trade activity and that a large proportion of media effectively drives to e-commerce.
  • Ensures guidelines from E-Retail Global team are followed and implemented, including full validation/approval process for each e-retailer in the region

 


Profile

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in eCommerce and E-retail
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Experience on the beauty category
  • Experience in Middle-East market is a plus

  • Retailers: for negotiation of special/exclusive eCom deals
  • Operators: for negotiation with TR operators
  • Suppliers: for local asset creation if needed
  • Media agency: for digital plan implementation
