- Develop, coordinate and implement e-retailers strategies and annual plan to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives.
- Conduct regular, monthly, business review to identify growth potential and area for improvement, which insights based on e-platform solutions to further develop business.
- Develop strong integration between eCommerce and brand PM/digital/CRM/PR team to maximize ROI
- Develop eCRM system for site performance growth, retention & conversion
- Work closely with internal teams to consolidate the resources and make sure the effectiveness of EC platform's operation
- Vendor management: coach with vendor for operation of ecommerce, like product launch, digital assets fulfillment, performance review.
- Consolidate with corporate calendar and ecom as integrated plan.
- Background in e-commerce, JD related experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to set up a model with luxury or premium skincare brand
- Minimum 3-year experience in e-commerce
- JD FLG launch (set up, agency management, system/technology/platform, P&L, briefing, Portfolio, logistics, local regulations, etc.) experience is a MUST
- Brand site related experience is preferred
- EC business analytical solid skill and operation expertise is a MUST
