Position

Main Responsibilities

In constant coordination with Regional teams and with WW Digital & Ecommerce team on:

  • Merchandising plan definition: ownership over product publishing planning (both full price and markdown)
  • Merchandising catalogue updating and maintenance, thru Hybris platform, in order to execute catalogue on/off and stock strategy management
  • On site Merchandising: related product, ranking and special galleries management and windows
  • Commercial plan (update and alignment with corporate strategy)
  • Support on Buying to Merchandising Team
  • Support on budget and forecast
  • In alignment with Digital Team, optimize marketing campaigns for all channels
  • Website testing: verify and control new services and functionalities, bug and tasks management
  • Pricing monitoring: alignment with retail pricing as well as alignment with other main online players
  • Data analysis: retail and web analytics KPIs
  • Performance monitoring in order to create a shared action plan to achieve targets
  • Business review coordination
  • Customer care and CRM: requests' overview and coordination, KPIs monitoring
  • Cross channel features (i.e. buy online from store, pick up in store, omnistock): results monitoring and optimization, as well as sponsorship within retail team
  • Overview and local responsibility over other online players (i.e. Farfetch,..)

 

Internal Relations

Partner with central and local Retail management on a constant basis:

  • Connect with WW E-business Manager for a continuous alignment on company strategy and direction
  • Connect with Ecommerce Store Manager for all ecommerce activities (launches, special projects, commercial initiatives, on-site merchandising reviews etc.)
  • Align with Regional President for the deployment of the company direction into local objectives
  • Align with Merchandising team on product assortment and launches
  • Relate with Logistic team and stock controller
  • Constant connection with retail team for "ship from store" operations

 

External Relations

Relate constantly with:

  • Customer Care external suppliers
  • System Integrator external company (located in Milan)

Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Luxury E-Commerce
  • Analytic and detail oriented, with a flexible mind-set
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Proactivity and goal oriented
  • Project management and Reporting tools' knowledge
  • Creativiy and passion
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Commerce IT tools
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Travel is required (estimated time off town 25%)
