The position is based in Fendi HQ in Rome. Reporting to the WW E-Business & Omnichannel Director, the candidate will have the main responsibility to grow Fendi.com business online, coordinate the global e-business strategy and support the localization and implementation in the different markets, pushing the corporate strategy into the regions and pulling fundamental information on commercial needs from the markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect all regions e-business commercial needs, transforming them into reasonable central action to address to all relevant teams and resources, making sure compatibility with global project roadmap and commercial priorities
  • Lead zones input on e-commerce commercial calendar building
  • Lead periodical sales forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with zone teams: develop consistent annual sales budget, monthly phasing and reforecast, year-to-go projections
  • Coordinate with E-Merchandising team to ensure zones coordination on key launches/commercial initiatives/product push
  • Give proper input to Digital Media team to optimize performance marketing campaigns for all channels
  • Work closely with Omnichannel Operations team to ensure a unique omnichannel client experience
  • Coordinate from a business point of view all e-commerce projects: from requirements collection to business blueprint to support to testing and training to the zones, in partnership with project management team
  • Monitor performance and generate reports: gross and net sales, conversion rate, average order value, return rate, orders evolution, providing data-driven insights
  • Identify and coordinate action plans to support zones in achieving sales and KPIs targets



The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic.

  • Working from 5 to 7 years in E-Commerce B2C, experience in retail and fashion or luxury is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and E-Commerce & Reporting IT tools
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good at prioritization
