Position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and manage all e-commerce channels (own official website and 3rd party marketplaces), develop the e-Business strategy to drive the sales growth in all e-Commerce channels
- Be accountable for budget planning, sales phasing and KPI settings
- Liaise with HQ to roll-out global and local eBusiness initiatives and define the annual launch plans and strategies
- Build localized strategy and roadmaps for sustained growth in Hong Kong together with key stakeholders
- Plan and deliver campaigns across channels including onsite, email, paid advertising as well as implement omni tactical initiatives
- Develop strategies for improving customer retention and LTV in the medium-long term
- Work with marketing to develop digital/ omni campaigns incorporating local partnerships to grow customer base
- Improve customer experience by innovating throughout the entire fulfillment cycle (customer service, payments, delivery, etc).
- Engage closely with all stakeholders and the retail team to continue and enhance the seamless omni-channel experience
- Formulate and prepare marketing and seasonal merchandise sales plan and inventory report for management review
- Monitor traffic and performance marketing ROI, such as SEM, paid social and re-targeting
- In charge of daily analysis of sales and reporting on KPIs and generate actionable insights
- Make data-driven decisions and cultivate an "always-improving" culture
- Lead the omni-innovation to create excitement for our beauty community
- Mentor and lead team to success - setting appropriate KPIs and career development plans
Profile
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in business, e-Commerce, digital marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in beauty or consumer goods
- Sound track record on e-commerce sales growth and experience at reporting to headquarter are highly preferred
- A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills; native in analytical tools (Google Analytics 360 etc) to drive business / marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
- Excellent communication and project management skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team with can-do and positive attitude
- Strong multi-channel marketing skills - performance marketing, CRM, social media
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
