Main Responsibilities:

- Ecommerce business strategy implementation
- Ecommerce business operations management
- Product & Visual Merchandising Content across all Digital Sales Channels
- Operational support on inventory, Retail 360 and client cases
- Merchandising catalogue updating and maintenance, thru e-commerce platform, in order to execute catalogue on/off and stock strategy
- On site Merchandising: related product, ranking and special galleries management, windows
- Commercial plan (update and alignment with corporate strategy)
- Support on Buying to Merchandising Team
- Support on Budget and forecast
- Website testing: verify and control new services and functionalities, bug and tasks management
- Pricing monitoring: alignment with retail pricing as well as alignment with other main online players
- Data analysis: retail and web analytics KPIs
- Performance monitoring in order to create a shared action plan to achieve targets
- Partner with Customer care and CRM for Online Results and comparison with Retail's Kpi
- Cross channel features (i.e. buy online from store, pick up in store, omnistock): results monitoring and optimization, as well as sponsorship within retail team


- 3+ years experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in E-commerce sectors, ideally fashion or cosmetics brand E-commerce site.
- Including executing e-merchandising, web analytics and digital marketing (SEM, paid media buy and evaluation, etc.)

- Bachlor or above

- Openminded
- Digital savvy

- Mother tongue: Mandarin;
- Fluent in English;
- Web analytics tool
