What responsibilities will you have?
- Develop and execute a strategy for E-commerce and E-retail, for both pure players and non pure players, in tight synergy with the sales team
- Achieving the volume and value targets, and profit development for E-Retail customers
- Directly manage all e-commerce customers in terms of sales, portfolio management, activities
- Enlarge the customer base and engage new players
- Work closely with MH Europe E-Retail team to further develop E-Retail KPIs and brand related plans, activations and content
- Work closely with Marketing to develop specific E-Retail channel strategies and customer business plans
- Guide all the teams and stakeholders on the digital transformation
- Develop and implement online activities on E-retailer websites that engage with consumers and online shoppers
- Understand the key parameters of web analytics and reporting and being able to optimize the KPIs for leveraging brand experience activities
- Show excellence in merchandising our products on customer websites
- Prepare the arrival and integration of Clos19
Profile
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Min. 3 years experience in e-commerce sales or trade e-commerce marketing
- Proven advanced knowledge of e-commerce and e-retail
- Strong commercial skills and sales acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Luxury brand sensibility
- Knowledge/interest in the wines & spirits business
- Italian + English fully fluent
