Position

POSITION SUMMARY >  Drive wholesale sales in a defined territory and promote sell thru of the product at retail channels in the U.S. and Canada (approximately 25 doors total). >  Achieve target of new account openings >  Work closely Brand Director to build budget figures for defined territory according to product orientations specific to US/Canada markets. >  Visit named retail customers to achieve the target objectives of sell in and sell out of the brand to these customers. >  Insure each door within the area meets Zenith POS, sales associate training and merchandising standards as prescribed by Zenith Watches. >  Insure that the sales mix, distribution and manner in which they are sold are in accordance with the sales and marketing philosophy of Zenith. >  Organize and attend special selling events for Zenith

STRENGTHS FOR SUCCESS >  Ability to analyze the overall Zenith business within a given market and recommend strategies for maximizing sales and profits within the region. >  Strong negotiation skills - ability to align Zenith objectives with the objectives of each account and design business solutions that deliver mutually beneficial results >  Ability to motivate selling specialists, create loyalty to the brand and promote sell-thru at retail locations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES At least 6 years of previous wholesale sales experience required. Luxury experience required Previous experience mapping product distribution required Previous demonstrable experience developing business plans to ensure achievement of sales targets required. Requires 60-70% overnight travel to major cities within territory. Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office - Word, Excel Ability to handle several different roles within the territory (sales, training, merchandising etc) Excellent written communication skills for creating correspondence; Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional language skills a plus.
