Define and deliver Benefit E-commerce multi-platform strategy
- Translate brand DNA & strategy into E-commerce business strategy
- Mastering Tmall business with learning agility
- Profound working knowledge on, Red, and other key E-tailers
- Be a pioneer in new platforms with strong commercial sense

Lead E-commerce business planning & execution to achieve business targets
- Develop annual EC animation calendar leveraging new product launch calendar
- Develop content & expertise to achieve a best-in-class shopping experience dialing up uniqueness of each platform
- Lead superior execution to maximize both media & promotion effectiveness with cost efficiency
- Work closely with customers to build constructive & meaningful partnership
- Enhance marketing communication quality on EC channel where requires better quality contents, higher frequency and shorter lead time
- Always keen to trend of innovative ways both content and media wise

Lead 3rd party/ external business partners for win-win cooperation
- Lead SWOT analysis with thorough and continuous competitor monitoring
- Develop EC communication strategy and get alignment
- Define EC media strategy with optimization including own, paid and earned media
- Ensure high standard and up-to-date brand content management on EC

Collaborate with internal digital & communication team for content creation and media planning both externally & internally
