Position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To further establish ECRM programs for key brands to achieve annual ECRM targets on recruitment, conversion and engagement.
- To integrate and migrate ECRM database to MHDC CRM ecosystem.
- Deep dive into member demographic, purchasing, EC platform behavior and social behavior to carry out long-term and short-term strategy for member operations
- Set up ECRM member segmentation system and execution plan with various channel and touchpoints for consumer acquisition and retention.
- Build up Loyalty member program, including membership grade system, CRM campaign, and keep optimize it with activities, benefits and offering.
- Keep track down, evaluation and summary all ECRM related activities, including but not limited to optimize member profile, CRLV and revenue achieved.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor degree is required.
Languages:
- Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English.
Professional experience & know how:
- 3 years CRM related experiences, familiar with business analysis, EC and IT project management is a plus.
Technical & management skills:
- Good PC skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong passion for and knowledge of ECRM and EC.
- Good data analysis and project management skills
