Support the education and development needs of Dior field sales through the project management of education materials, forecasting, key training initiatives, and communication tools.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
> Manage 360 forecast and inventory plans of product needs for the field and training team to support tri-axis launches. This includes partnership with marketing and operations cross functional teams.
> Partner with KAM team and sales development to communicate all BC/Field related tools and programs on planning timeline.
> Lead the BC Holiday Gift program annually, along with logistics behind the Longevity Award program in partnership with the VP of Field On-Boarding and Development.
> Manage the Welcome to Dior on boarding program and logistics.
> Responsible for all planning tools that encompass North America training events including Seasonal Workshop, My Dior Essentials Workshops, and Specialization.
> Communicate with Canada on field planning and logistical needs.
> Partner with Senior Manager of Sephora Education on all Sephora Gratis, Cast facing tools, and manage budget to support.
> Manage forecasts, inventory levels and budget allocation of Beauty Stylist Uniforms. Responsible for communication and Central partnership on all elements. Lead field communication and warehouse communication planning for online ordering process.
> Manage design and production of all Beauty Stylist and Field counter tools such as the Beauty Stylist Workbook and Business Planner/Appointment book. Secure content and assets from the Central team, create creative work requests, and manage print production and counter delivery.
> Partner with VP Retail Development and Sr. Director Education on specialist training and support materials, such as: Skincare NSE program, Dillard's Beauty Directors, Macy's Coordinators, and other leadership programs within the North America Field.
> Responsible for the tracking and organization of the North America Education Budget in partnership with the Senior Director of Education.
> Partner with Sr. Director of Education on new Longevity award program development and execution.
> Partner with VP Retail Development and HR on new onboarding program for Account Executives and Education Managers.
> Organize Golden BC and Beauty Stylist Teams of the Year program.
> Organize all gratis programs including Pro Stylist Kits, Seasonal Gratis, free choice gratis, and needs for all development meetings and events. This includes forecasting, allocation communication, and managing the full shipping process.
> Communicate seasonally in retailer meetings to sell in the BC and field facing programs to drive sales plan achievement.
> Act as the team lead on Education supporting the Skincare category. Partner with NA marketing on all skincare launches to ensure product knowledge clarity and lead the development of tools with the NA skincare leads, and Senior Director of Education.
> Adapt and write curriculum where needed to support all field tri- axis programs.
> Conduct all other job-related activities.
· Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
· 5+ years of experience in marketing/events/education design and execution; beauty industry preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
· Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
· Self-Motivated and ability to take initiative
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
· Creative and strategic thinker; detail-oriented multi-tasker
· Travel required based on needs of the business
· Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
· Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
