Europe After-Sales Coordinator (F/M)
For the European market, ensure an efficient After-Sales Service for all product categories (LG, SLG, RTW, Shoes, Sunglasses, Bijoux) in line with customer requests, and provide prompt information.
> For a set of Boutiques/Wholesale partners, manage claims received from customers and stores, either for quality issues or repair requests, related to all product categories, providing information on materials.
> Ensure end to end management of those claims.
> Issue credit notes for defective items.
> Maintain close relations with stores and sales staff worldwide.
> Visit stores regularly to ensure After sales processes are well understood/implemented
> Participate into End of Season inspection
> Be the single point of contact for a set of stores for any question related to conformity /specificity of products
> Studies: University Degree
> Previous experience in After Sales or Customer Services - at least 3 years
> Experience related to Luxury Brands
o Strong Client Service orientation
o Strong interpersonal & communication skills
o Dynamic, problem-solver, attention to detail, analytic, high sense of team working
o Willing/available to travel
o Good pc skills (Excel required)
> Language: Fluent in English
