In order to strengthen our Perfume Sales business unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented
Europe Sales Marketing Trainee (12 months)
Reporting directly to the E-commerce manager and TR Associate Manager, you support the team in the coordination of different channels: point of sales, travel retail, distributors.
You participate in the development of the Bulgari e-commerce strategy and you monitor its execution in each market. You create different e-commerce support tools (Masterfile, guidelines) and elaborate and monitor KPIs. You are also responsible for the e-store checks to ensure images and texts compliance.
Your role is to coordinate and monitor the correct execution of the planograms and the visual changes in Bulgari's point-of-sales. In contact with central department, you brief our suppliers about the production of scenography elements and then take care of the follow-up.
Understanding the differences among our countries, you develop tailored sales support tools for our client advisors (marketing presentations, visuals, etc.). You also help your team in organizing external and internal major events.
You are in charge of the analysis of Bulgari's competitors and you support the team in the preparation and consolidation of the sell-out newsletter.
Student in Bachelor or Master in Management, Business Administration or Marketing, you are looking for a 12 months internship with starting date on January 2021.
You have ideally a first experience as intern in the luxury industry in a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to marketing is a strong asset. Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you work transversally to identify and implement improvement actions. You have excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint. You are fluent in English and French, Italian being an advantage.
