Position

The Events Assistant (Seasonal) will support the Louis Vuitton Events team. Responsibilities include:

- Assist in planning image, press and store opening events
- Coordinate shipments
- Maintain administrative duties for the team
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of all event products and supplies
- Create Purchase Orders for an invoice
- Assist with producing event timelines and event recaps
- Create monthly activity report for the department
- Look up competitor events on a monthly basis
- Schedule appointments and conference calls

Profile

Education:
- BA or BS required

Special Skills:
- Computer literacy critical (Excel, Powerpoint, E-Mail)
- Superior organizational skills
- Able to take direction. Must be able to regularly and clearly communicate timelines and manage projects independently
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- Outgoing and hardworking personality
