Louis Vuitton is looking for an Events Assistant to support in day to day operations, administrative duties, venue research, competitor event reports, invoicing, budget management, etc. They will also source and act as a point of contact with venues, vendors, and event entertainment. The role will also assist with event execution, provide overall support to the regional team on various projects, process and manage invoicing on large scale projects and assist in other areas as needed.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's Degree in conjunction with a minimum of two years' experience in event production and/or luxury retail. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent follow through, must be agile and has experience excelling in a fast-paced environment. They also must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
