Benefit Cosmetics UK - Events Manager


An exciting, fast paced, creative role is available in the UK's no 1 Premium Beauty Brand, Benefit Cosmetics.  A leader in disruptive, feel-good experiential activities, this role is a key role in the Marketing team, working alongside and collaboratively with retail, ecommerce, PR, digital, CRM, creative and the wider business. Duties include:

Lead the Experiential strategy   

  • To manage the creative conception, development and implementation of the always on brows conversation and AAA/A product launches through experiential events, brand activations, brand partnerships and PR stunts in line with a 360 marketing campaign and the UK marketing strategy
  • Collaborate and make key decision with other stakeholders, ensuring all activations are integrated and omni-channel
  • Production agency and PR agency management
  • Embedding Brand guidelines
  • Copywriting and editing
  • Critical paths
  • Amplification through owned and public channels
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure all activities are maximised, evaluated and analysed, sharing results with relevant stakeholders

Brand Campaign Management:

  • Oversee strategy development, project management of 360 brand campaigns including but not limited to Bold is Beautiful and Pride

Influencer Events:

  • Service the PR & Influencer team with the creative conception, development and implementation of PR events, influencer events and influencer trips to meet their project objectives and KPI's

Other Events:

  • Service internal departments including Boutiques, Product Marketing, Digital, E-Tailers and National Accounts to manage events development and implementation in order to meet their individual objectives and KPI's

Budget Management:

  • Events P&L Budget management

Team Management:

  • Managing, inspiring and developing a team of 2

Ad Hoc:

  • Identifying and creating third party collaborations and brand partnerships
  • Research and negotiate with suppliers for all events supplies
  • Research opportunities for the brand and monitor activities of competitors
  • Communicating to and inspiring the wider business on brand activations and sharing results
