Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for an Events and Promotions Coordinator. The Events & Promotions Coordinator will support the event planning and promotional activities within our retail and wholesale networks. This position reports to the Events Manager.   Essential Duties:  ·         Assist in planning and execution of 50-60 events per year including new openings, trunk shows, in-store and out of store events and charitable sponsorships under the leadership of the Events Manager within retail and Wholesale networks. ·         Assist in coordination and support of 3-5 large scale Brand Events/special projects per year. ·         Work with Events Manager to understand the strategic direction of the business and translate that into actionable programs. ·         Work closely with Store Managers to brainstorm event concepts and create opportunities to raise Bulgari visibility and awareness in their markets. ·         Manage events calendar and share with internal stakeholders within local corporate office and Central HQ in Rome. ·         Oversee event logistics including invitations, catering, sound and décor. ·         Work closely with outside vendors and across departments to execute events. ·         Help construct and manage estimates, invoices and budgets for all events. ·         Implement and maintain database of all vendor information. ·         Work with CRM Manager/Store Managers to create the most appropriate guest list for the event and ensure to update Cosmo platform with all new data. ·         Continuously research new vendors, new ideas, new trends for events and event components. ·         Compile post-event recaps highlighting key take-aways and ROI for Senior Management. * This job description is not inclusive of all responsibilities and duties, and can be changed by Management discretion at any time.


Key Competencies: ·         Must have 2+ years of events experience, ideally within a luxury events related position. ·         Able to prioritize daily responsibilities, work in a fast paced environment and problem solve. ·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ·         Flexible schedule due to heavy volume of events. ·         Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects on tight deadlines. ·         Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. ·         BA/BS or equivalent
