Position

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an Executive Assistant who will manage the daily operations and administration of the SVP of Digital & Client Development. This role will be a one year in duration. Main responsibilities will include maintenance of the calendar, arranging travel itineraries, processing expenses, assisting with appointment preparation and coordinating team events.  In addition, the Executive Assistant will screen and prioritize phone calls while responding to inquiries when appropriate and will be able to take notes and summarize or recap to follow through on action items autonomously.

As an experienced administrative individual, you will read and prioritize correspondence to research and route correctly.  You will maintain professional relationships with all levels of Management across Louis Vuitton Global and with external parties.  The Executive Assistant will also manage the receipt and organization of all monthly reports, and process invoices and all Purchase Orders for the department. Additionally, this role will act as a floor manager, responsible for maintaining the food and beverage orders for the floor while keeping the kitchen organized.


Profile

We are eager to speak to professionals with one to three years of experience in an administrative position who has the proven ability to maintain confidentiality.  You will have elevated communication and organizational skills, a strong ability to prioritize, and to be detail and service oriented.  In addition, you will have experience with working in a fast-paced environment, have proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, Concur, etc. and be agile to the ever-changing business.
