Position

Louis Vuitton has an incredible opportunity for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Expert Client Advisor who specializes in Shoes to join our New Bond Street Maison. You will be an expert within the Shoe industry and master a deep knowledge of the history, competition, trends, vocabulary, gesture, raw materials, composition and structure of the products on offer.

With strong commercial skills you will continuously strive to motivate your colleagues in delivering the sales results for the product range. As a brand ambassador you will have exceptional customer services skills and continuously strive to exceed our customers' expectations through proactively building new and lasting relationships. Given the nature of the product range you will have outstanding communication skills in order to promote this new product range to our Clients.


Within your store you will be accountable for the sales results of shoesas well as the commercial results of all our categories. Furthermore you will be responsible for reaching out to both existing and new clients with their new product range in addition to cascading all related trainings to the Shoe Ambassadors within your store, ensuring they also provide an exceptional client experience and consciously exceed our Clients expectations.

Profile

Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume, fast paced environments, and have a strong drive for results, as well as held prior positions in retail. The ideal profile will have a passion for Louis Vuitton and a hunger to grow and develop within the brand, building a long term career with the House. We are looking for true 'Advisors,' who have a passion for more than just selling, but creating long-term and trusting relationships with our clients.

Experience working a department store environment is a plus, but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results

Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience

Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories

Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty

Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

Follow the company's policies and procedures

Candidates should be available to work weekends.
