In order to reinforce our Regulatory Affairs team in the Perfumes department based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, we are recruiting an Export Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager

Reporting directly to our Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety Senior Manager, you ensure products registrations on time by providing business partners with the appropriate documents required by the competent health administrations throughout BVLGARI Parfums whole network of distribution.


As the key regulatory contact, you collaborate closely with our local distribution partners and internal departments (sales, logistics, marketing), and ensure that the products are registered on time on all export markets.

In this role, you prepare, validate and provide the registration files set up in full compliance with export markets regulatory requirements and complete the registrations monitoring tools accordingly.

You handle the new market opening from a regulatory point of view and ensure the product portfolio maintenance by providing export markets with the required documentation for the registration renewals.

Finally, you keep track of the ever-changing legislation in all the regions in which products are distributed and coordinate required actions, as well as intra- or inter- department activities in order to successfully manage the respect of any new regulations.


You have a degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent diploma with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the fragrance or skincare industry. You have strong expertise in Product Registrations and proven knowledge of worldwide cosmetic regulations and export requirements.

Fluent in French and in English, you have good knowledge of MS-office.

Detail-oriented and organized you can multiple activities at once to accomplish your goal and lead various operational files in parallel while keeping a global vision on the projects. Autonomous and rigorous, you are able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you enjoy working in a multicultural environment and are a good team player.
