The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Facilities Trainee will assist the Senior Facilities Manager with meeting Dior standards of presentation and facilities within boutiques. Key role responsibilities include ownership of daily monitoring and execution of work orders through Dio(R)epair facilities tool, research of specifications for repairs and refits, update communications with boutiques, and analysis of facilities requirements. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.



  • Ownership of day to day requirements of Dio(R)epair tool, provided by Service Channel. Be system champion for boutiques
  • Review all work orders, dispatching requests to vendors
  • Escalate issues / problems based on urgency, evaluate vendor response / execution. Re-assign Work Orders to secondary / tertiary vendors as needed
  • Ensure work orders are resolved in an expedited fashion, exceeding boutique expectations. Expedite vendor responses when needed, following up to receive full proposals
  • Track all current work orders and provide progress updates
  • Work to identify opportunities for new or updated features within tool
  • Drive adoption in boutiques and with vendors through consistent communication, updates, and training assistance when needed
  • Utilize tool's analytics functionality to build trends in facilities needs and material uses. Provide monthly reporting
  • Research existing store planning files to provide quotes involving existing fixtures and fittings. Work with vendors, placing orders when needed, ensuring on time delivery
  • Partner with Sr. Manager of Facilities to develop an ongoing process of consistent review of maintenance activities to identify and implement expense efficiencies
  • Calculate and compare costs for goods and services
  • Support Store Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis



  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
  • Superior analytical capabilities and strong knowledge of Excel
