Louis Vuitton is seeking a Financial Analyst based in our New York office who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Store Planning team. Key aspects of this role include the validation and processing of invoices for all projects while working directly with the Accounting team to accurately code all payments, creating and tracking all Purchase Orders for the department, addressing vendor payment inquiries, and setting up new vendors in our SAP system. You will maintain spreadsheets to track budget costs, assist with quarterly accruals by partnering with business planning, finance, AP and project managers to address any discrepancies, and provide support documentation to Tax for audit purposes.
With strong organizational skills, you will track, prepare, and collect Tenant Allowances while collaborating with the Legal team to ensure all requirements are met. You will also work closely with the Finance team to obtain invoices to be sent to landlords and keeping track of all documents.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting. You will have knowledge of basic accounting principles. In addition, you will be able to effectively communicate through both verbal and written channels and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
