> Ensure that all financial and commercial operating policies and procedures of the company are followed and kept up-to-date.
> Manage and control all the financial planning of the Company including timely and accurate 5-year plans, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

> Negotiate with external vendors, bankers and consultants to develop optimal solutions to company business issues.
> Coordinate with government agencies in order to ensure local statutory requirements are met.
> Maintain Transfer Price documentation
> Ensure compliance with local tax regulation while optimizing tax burden
> Maintain an appropriate Internal Control environment and run a yearly self-assessment
> Maintain and evolve a Business Continuity Plan
> Ensure compliance with local regulations and group's rules and procedures
> Manage the Supply Chain function.
> Ensure that the Supply Chain function is efficiently and cost-effectively managed.
> Manage the relationship with service providers.
> Ensure financial statement is in line with physical stocks with stock take supervision.
> Ensure that the order processing function is efficiently and cost-effectively managed.
> Ensure that customer concerns with regard to delivery and payments are handled professionally and speedily.
> Work closely with CS team and Sales Forces and ensure that we do not have any overdue receivable.

> Supervise IT functions, and ensure coordination with MHAP Regional IT.
> Supervise Admin function.
> Select, train, develop, motivate direct reports and monitor performance.
