We are currently seeking a Manager for the Fine Jewellery & Watches department in The House of Dior based in New Bond Street, London. Your main responsibilities will be to efficiently run the department ensuring maximum profitability. To meet department sales targets and to minimise shrinkage and store operating expenses. To ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service, in line with expectations.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • to optimise sales targets and ensure maximum profitability for your department
  • to develop and lead the team by delivering continuous training, evaluation and coaching
  • to recruit new clients and develop client loyalty through CRM activities
  • to provide reports and analysis for the Ladies RTW & Shoes Department (P&L, department activities, stock control)
  • to ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service, in line with expectations
  • to achieve the boutique capture rate and mystery result target
  • managing employees' performance and supporting their development


 Positions requirements:

  • Previous management retail experience in the luxury goods
  • Expertise in Fine Jewellery & Watches
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
  • A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
  • Strong clientelling skills
  • Fluency in a second language (preferred)

Salary: From £60,000 per annum based on experience and gemmology qualifications
