As an Operations Manager you will be an ambassador of Louis Vuitton, leading a team of approximately 15 individuals to create a seamless back of house experience for our selling team members.
You will support the Maison Director in ensuring the Maison operates effectively and efficiently with regards to operational procedures and tasks, such as overseeing the incoming inventory within the back of house, stocktake, rostering, facilities management and managing relationships with external contractors.
You will also ensure compliance across all areas of our Maison operations, safety culture, loss prevention and all company policies and procedures.
We are looking for a tactical operational leader with extensive experience leading a team of at least 10 people, gained from working within a high-profile retail brand.
