Position

The FP & A Analyst will be an integral part of the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis function. They will be responsible for providing financial and business support through forecasts, insights, presentations, reports and analysis. The FP & A Analyst will actively participate not only to all budgeting and to forecasting activities, but also to specific strategic projects and will act as a support to the accounting team for monthly closing tasks such as accruals preparation, rent calculation, reporting etc


Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Reporting improvement: Leading initiatives to improve & develop key reporting documents (e.g. dashboards, ad hoc reports etc.)
  • Communicate and Collaborate with department leaders in order to monitor and control department spending
  • Analyze current and past trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Helping FP&A function to prepare Monthly Financial reports, presentations for senior management and HQ Finance team
  • Actively support monthly closing activities (Accruals, Straight line rent calculations, Coding expenses, Departmental reporting, etc.)
  • Participate and/or lead "ad-hoc" projects: actively collaborate with FP&A Manager in analyzing complex set of information (e.g. financials, real estate, product) and producing presentation documents for top management
  • Prepare monthly Cash Flow variances and Support Cash Forecast Activity
  • Supporting future subsidiary monthly closing activities (accruals, reporting)
