Mission statement

Assist Anaplan Project Manager and Business Manager on Management of MHUSA Integrated Planning platform (Anaplan and eco systems) by setting up/training end users, providing data reconciliation and investigation and helping on Anaplan model building and testing.

 Main responsibilities

  • Anaplan Maintenance (30% time):

Work with MH IT team to monitor quality of master data on daily basis; perform routine data reconciliation

Manage and dispatch user tickets; handle Anaplan securities and users' roles change requests

Work at backup of Anaplan Administrator on running on-demand integration program / workflow from source systems

  • Anaplan User Support & Training (50% time):

Provide phone and online support of end users if necessary

Assist on administrative data movement (mass upload, mass copy/paste, etc.)

Document evolution of dashboards/modules based on core team/key user routine meetings

Compilation and update of Anaplan training materials

Facilitate regular training (eLearning or classroom) schedules

  • Anaplan Module Building (20% time):

Update module/dashboard with approved modifications

Help to replicate modifications done in Development model into Production

Work with key users to perform regression test on new development





Qualification, experience & skills required 

Education: Business school or University, finance specialization or dual profile IT engineer + Master in Finance

Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus.

Professional experience & know how: Equivalent 1-2 year(s) experience.

General understanding of W&S business

Excellent knowledge of demand/financial planning systems (Anaplan, BPC, Hyperion, etc.), database structure (Oracle, Boomi)

Advanced knowledge of Excel, comfortable of handling mass data set using advanced formulas, pivot table; VBA/Macro experiences preferred

Solution design & architecting skills, Technical model building skills

Good communication skills

Mandatory VIE criteria :
- Anyone aged over 18 and under 28 at the time they register can apply to be an international intern.
- You must have French or European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
- Being graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree, and hold the diploma.
