We are developing the TAG Heuer Content and Creative Marketing team. We create, we produce and we convey the values of our brand through storytelling. 

Global Content Manager

The Global Content Manager will be responsible for developing a robust content strategy and approach that takes storytelling and content creation for the brand to the next level by identifying opportunities to expand the creativity of our content; taking a bold approach to attract and engage existing as well as new customers while ensuring consistent excellence. The position will be part of the nimble Creative Marketing team and will require coordination with various departments within the marketing department and with Product, Sales and Digital.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Content team

- Develop creative ideas and storytelling for the brand across our distribution platforms/channels (advertising campaigns, lead stories, secondary stories, tactical activations)

- Provide leadership on creative direction and storytelling for all the brand content

- Identify and supervise content production with best creative talents (lead agencies, partners, freelancers...) supporting the brand and product

- Collaborate with other functions across TAG Heuer including Marketing, Product, Sales and Digital

- Analyze the performance of content to continually enhance and increase the effectiveness and conversion

- Provide regular communication and updates and ensure shared expectations across internal clients and markets and share best content/creative practices



- 5+ years of expertise in content development, production and storytelling in a creative agency and/or internal creative/production team

- Track record of experience in audience/community building and strategy

- Expert knowledge of content development/creation processes (i.e., creative briefs, setting realistic turnaround times for creative projects, developing and maintaining brand and other standards)

- Experience selecting and managing agency and content partners and vendors

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments

- Strong network in the content production industry

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and multitask, managing multiple projects with tight timelines

- A team-oriented mindset and an ability to relate to others and develop sound relationships

-Fluent in French and English is a must
