Position

Reporting to the Private Client and Prescription Director, he/she is responsible for Brand Education within the Moet & Chandon organisation. The vision is to equip each of our stakeholders to become inspiring and motivational story-tellers of our Portfolio

>  Define, Build and Lead the Education and Training Strategy & forthcoming programme for the three brands of the portfolio (Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon, Mercier)

>  Through the development of an innovative E&T programme (training tools & content / platforms) ensure delivery of the brand positioning, values, features and benefits for different audiences (internal, external) in strong coordination with the marketing, the Oenology and MH Central Education Teams

>  Be the first ambassador of our Brands within the Maison and the markets

Strategy:

>  Build a strategy that is in accordance with each brands DNA and our business goals in order to increase business and value,

>  Develop and implement the Education and Training strategy for the Maison,

>  Build a dynamic culture of education and knowledge acquisition (effective messaging, story-telling and training)

Development:

>  Develop high level Education programs to be deployed in Maison and in markets (by analyzing programmes in place and where applicable reformatting)

>  Be at the forefront of development content and platform implementation supporting the overall Moet-Hennessy Education programme

>  Permanently update content to stick to Maison and MH priorities, in strong collaboration with commercial, marketing and oenology teams.

Training and Brand Ambassador

>  Deliver training Sessions in France and International,

>  Be the first ambassador of our brands within the Maison and the Markets

>  Nourrish Maison and Market Brand ambassador community with the appropriate tools

Follow, track activities, test and measure impact / Collect feedback

>  Develop and maintain organizational standards with relevant audits undertaken to monitor and evaluate achievements

>  Develop actions and processes to improve coherence, consistency and quality of Education programs. Leads and encourages continuous quality improvement activities

>  Ensure effective performance management and appraisal systems of education and training team and to foster professional development across the organization.

>  Develop constant researches on new training solutions adapted to the business

International travels will represent up to 20% of the time


Profile

You have :

  • 10 years of professional experience in education and training in the luxury and / or retail sector,
  • or a significant business acumen background in commercial development within the wines and spirit universe with education/story telling.

You speak fluently French, English and a third language is an asset.

You have a strategic vision, excellent coordination, synthesis and analysis skills, leadership and responsiveness in an international brand / company environment, you are able to face complex challenges and work effectively within cross-functional teams as well as self-directing and prioritizing priorities (autonomous, organized and rigorous)

You have strong project management skills, creativity, good ability to analyze and report data on a regular basis, strong ability to engage and convince people, strong ability to represent brands, communicate effectively and efficiently. with courtesy both verbally and in writing, an ability to coach and provide individual and group training, a pedagogical approach, diplomacy and a good team spirit. You are a wonderful storyteller, flexible, motivated, able to serve as a model and to lead by example
