  •  Main job purpose drive brand awareness/credibility with four key audiences:
  • Press, target media and influencers
  • Makeup artist community (opinion-formers, established artists, upcoming young talents)
  • Celebrities and opinion-formers
  • Consumers


  • Strategy - ensure meet International requirements as well as local businesses priorities and objectives, including key commercial launches
  • Targets - Ensure team meet overall targets: print, online, social. Review on a monthly basis in line with results 
  • Corporate crisis - deal with and advise Top Givenchy Management and Givenchy UK Crisis team with any crisis, in unison with UK LVMH crisis company 
  • Cover shoots - follow up on and ensure cover shoots planned for Sept & Dec with Grazia & ES Magazine . Plus, negotiate cover shoot for new beauty Ambassador for September in line with new launch, ensuring correct credits for maximum results on DMR
  • Brand features - Negotiate and plan large stand-alone brand features specifically to support the key fragrance and makeup priority
  • Counsel - Regularly provide senior counsel for GM and Int teams 
  • Keep team motivated and have regular catch-ups to give transparency amongst teams.
  • Support managers with their delegation of work to PR Intern
  • Budgeting - ensure budget is followed with each team keeping to budget. Mini budgets to be created for each individual activity to allow for detailed analysis mid and end of year 
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Education, Commercial and Events to ensure alignment of all campaigns
  • Take ownership of Communications elements of any wider cross-department brand partnerships (i.e. magazine festivals and marketing-specific events)
