Position

Support store project activities within Loewe APAC region and to be the main contact for Loewe.

  • Follow store projects strategy and guidelines from HQ in order to maintain global image of the brand, to achieve right activities for the brand
  • To provide HQ architecture team technical project briefing, realistic project schedule and budget template and other necessary information in order to kick start a project
  • To follow through the project process, to make sure the project is delivered on time, on budget and meet consistent quality standard of the brand
  • To initiate and coordinate drawings & materials submission to landlord and drive for timely approval, liaise with landlords to resolve all the design, technical and schedule issues, make sure the brand is able to achieve max. of design intent while respecting landlord's requirements and local building codes
  • To assist design coordination and development
  • To coordinate with all vendors and local teams for procurements and make sure timely deliveries & installation
  • To research local options for materials
  • To inspect materials quality or millwork fabrication progress in local factories, when requested
  • To establish a network of reliable and trustworthy suppliers
  • To prepare tender drawings & specifications, analyze tender result , award tender to qualified contractor and prepare construction contract , when requested
  • To liaise with external consultants (project architect, engineer, RSE,QS), when requested
  • To guide and support wholesales business partners and their contractors throughout the project processes
  • To update cost tracking record through project process, to report punch list after projects completion, to gather project closing documentation e.g. as-built drawings & final account...
  • To assist to gather cost reports & as-built drawings from wholesales business partners
  • To work closely with brand's retail team, VM, IS&T, wholesales business partners and their contractors
  • To provide project progress reports and project status update per MD and HQ's requirements
  • To be responsible for store reinstatement, ad-hoc projects like pop up / temp. stores / external stockroom / showroom........
  • To maintain boutique database, a comprehensive library of design references, including but not limited to, concept drawings, validated material samples, light fittings, and mock ups or their photos.
  • To give directions for store maintenance

Profile

  • Over 10 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry. At least 3-4 years' managerial experience. 
  • With regional experience (Asia Pacific)
  • Degree holder in relevant discipline (Interior Design, Building Study, Architectural Study or equivalent)
  • Sense of responsibility, good initiative & responsiveness
  • Detail minded, able to identify issues and obtain appropriate approaches to tackle problems
  • Experience to deal with franchise business partners, Develop and maintain professional relationship with multiple franchise architects
  • Proficient in computer drawing software
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • Well versed in budget and project management
