  • HJ Business Development in China
     - Support China GM in developing China HJ strategy and the action plans (CRM, HJ events, new channel development, 3P cooperation, etc.)
     - Achieve HJ results by driving HJ sales per the plans, and developing new business opportunities both within and outside of the boutiques
     - Recruit HJ clients by Implementing HJ Client Acquisition strategy in a proactive and effective way
     - Monitor the HJ performance and initiate its improvement plan whenever necessary
  • HJ Events
     - Annual local HJ events planning
     - Initiate and/or prepare for VIP trips, HJ related events and special VIP treatment
     - Travel and participate in local/overseas HJ events with VIP clients
  • HJ Skill and Knowledge Training/Transfer
     - As a functional leader for HJ specialists, train and coach HJ specialist to enhance their HJ sales capability and performance
     - Provide advice to BMs and train boutique staff to recruit and retain VIP clients, and enhance the service level for VIP clients
     - Build a HJ talent pipeline in key boutiques in China
  • HJ Market Intelligence
     - Build a very strong understanding and foundation of HJ market/Talents in China
     - Able to preempt the competitors' movement in HJ events and the collections so as to make awareness to HQ and also China team
  • Work with HQ and local product marketing team on HJ product planning/SOP, i.e., HJ stocking and boutique display, etc.
  • HJ budget planning for VIP events and activities in China and overseas



  • Possess a full understanding and knowledge of brand and full range of all products, stones, history and services to convey Chaumet heritage and values
  • Good at implementation of plans with attention to details
  • Understanding of relevant marketplace and client demographics
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
