For our Human Resources department based in Neuchâtel, starting as soon as possible we are recruiting a talented:
HR Admin Specialist
(CDM 10 months)
Providing full HR services support for 200 employees, you are responsible for employment processing, payroll administration, employee records management, labor laws and relations, and you guarantee the constant monitoring and update of our employee management systems and data. You liaise closely with HR BPs, recruitment and other departments throughout the organization, providing a customer focused and effective HR support service to achieve the department goals and objectives.
General HR administrative support
Managing the full employee lifecycle, you set up all employment documentation (drafting contracts, preparing employment packages, contract amendments, attestations, termination letter and work certificates in both French & English); and enter and update employee information into the company databases and HRIS to ensure system consistency.
You ensure the registration of new comers (AVS, LPP) and organize the administration departure of employees leaving.
As entry point of contact for HR services, you assist employees in the administrative management of personal issues (accident or illness declaration to insurance, illness) and explain company HR policies and procedures.
You track employee working time, vacation and sick time and provide structured ad-hoc reporting to HR and business teams in order to identify and prevent staffing risk.
Working with local HR management, you set up, complete standard reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates within the department and business unit, and ensure to fulfill and deliver ad hoc report requests on time.
Graduated with a university degree or equivalent, you have at least 3-5 years of experience as Human Resources Assistant in an international company and a 360 knowledge about the Swiss labor law. You have strong computer skills and excellent command of Microsoft office and SAP HR. Finally, you are fluent in French and English.
