The intern will be part of the HR Department and will report directly to the HR Managers and to the HR Director. He/she will support all the HR processes from the point of view of the data control and analysis, data entry and, in general, data management and HRIS processes.
He/she will work with large amounts of numbers and figures so he/she will need to analyze them to come to correct conclusions, being progressively involved in the deployment of new strategic plans of the Company.
The intern will support the HR team mainly in the following tasks:
> Assisting all the main HR business process, according to the needs of the different times of the year (for example: performance measurement and performance careers review, organizational management reviews and budget reviews);
> Managing the on-going projects of the HR department and monitoring of the existing process;
> Implementing new strategic plans to improve the data management;
> Participating in the Payroll administration with the management of the relations with the external advisors; supporting the HRD and the HM in the annual salary review process;
> Preparation of the data for the drawing of the annual budget and the control of the personnel costs;
> Ad hoc analysis upon request and gather specific information for LVMH reporting requests;
> Outstanding Economics/Statistics/Management Engineering graduate;
> High level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and an advance command in Microsoft Excel;
> Fluent in Italian and English;
> analytical skills; ability to work for deadlines; critical mindset; figures oriented; ability to perform under pressure.
