Position

JOB PURPOSE:

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The HR Controller Trainee performs a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential duties. By working closely with their assigned department, the Trainee performs duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgment; strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team. 


Profile

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the HR Controller in the preparation of all reporting to internal third parties (Finance, Retail performance, Talent acquisition, Group reporting) by performing data checks and audits of the different reports such as staff costs accruals, headcount, open positions, new hires and terminations, etc
  • Assist the HR Controller in preparing ad hoc analysis or reporting such as turnover, compensation study, etc
  • Prepare the monthly data books used for the financial analysis of staff costs provided to the FP&A team
  • Support the HR Controller in HRIS project management (implementation of Anaplan)
  • Track invoices and partner with other HR directors to monitor department costs and prepare monthly reporting and landing for the VP of HR
  • Become proficient with the HRIS used by the HR team (Ulti-pro, ADP, Empower, XEIS,) to prepare and export BI reports and perform data check and audits
  • Support the C&B Coordinator in the maintenance of employee files, on-boarding and termination processes
  • Support payroll for time and attendance, and administration

  • 1-2 Years of Controlling or Corporate Finance experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
